Placing an order could not be simpler. Go to the shop and then browse through the items. Get more details by clicking on the item. To make a purchase click on the “Add to Basket” button, the item will then be added to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping if you wish and add more items to your basket. When you are ready you can proceed to the checkout.

We will then ask you to:

• login if you are an existing customer or
• register if you are a new customer

When you register as a new customer, we collect basic name and address information together with your email address and a telephone number so we can contact you if we have any queries about your order – all of this information we will need anyway when dealing with your order. In addition, you are offered the option to subscribe for newsletters and you then choose a password. Once you have registered as a customer, buying from the shop should be even simpler for future orders, because your address details have already been collected. You can also log in to view the status of your current order or view details of previous orders.
