Help with the Felix shop
Ordering
Placing an order could not be simpler. Go to the shop and then browse through the items. To make a purchase click on the “Add to Cart” button.
The Felix site uses a PayPal shopping cart - so, when you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be taken to the PayPal site. You can adjust quantities or even remove products from the basket whilst on the PayPal site. You can also return to the Felix site and continue shopping, adding more items to the PayPal cart. On any of the Felix shop pages, you can click the "View cart" button to go to the PayPal shopping cart. When you are ready you can proceed to the PayPal checkout to provide your delivery address and payment details.

Payment
We accept payment in sterling from most credit and debit cards or from a PayPal account.
At the PayPal site you will be offered the option of paying using a PayPal account or using a credit/debit card. You may have to look carefully for the option to pay by credit/debit card. If that option is not immediately visible, look for a paragraph saying "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card ....." followed by a Continue link and the logos of various credit cards.
When you have paid for the goods, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming the order details and we will receive a similar email.
The PayPal site informs us whether or not a payment has been made. We are never in possession of your credit card details.
Delivery and Returns
Most orders are despatched within 72 hours although at busy periods this can take longer. If we are unable to ship within 5 working days we will update you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel.
Delivery charges - UK
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class service (either as a letter or packet) and the charges will be as follows:
- delivery=£0.75: goods value up to £6.99 (e.g. 1 signed book)
- delivery=£1.50: goods value from £7.00 to £27.96 (e.g. 4 signed books)
- delivery=£2.00: goods value from £27.97 to £41.94 (e.g. 6 signed books)
- delivery=£2.50: goods value from £41.95 to £69.90 (e.g. 10 signed books)

If you want us to deliver to any other country, please contact us.
Returns
In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible giving full details. The goods should be securely packed and returned to us via an insured and signed for service. We will then arrange for a replacement if possible or, if not, credit in full.
Signed Copies
Please note that signed copies of books are not returnable under any circumstances.
Privacy
Customers’ information is stored on the PayPal secure server. Your information is used to dispatch orders and respond to enquiries.
Your information is never passed to any third party except in connection with processing your payment and is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not collect or store credit card details on our site – you provide these when you are taken to the PayPal site to pay for your order.
